With regard to tho Chccolato, I find that it is quite equal to the best English or Fiench preparations, and temg entirely fiee from husk, it will form an excellent oi tiule of diet for invalids, especially those suffering from an impaired digestion.— l have the honour to bo, sir, your obedient servant, James M.
