Thr Persons wlio are required to be "Informants," and to sign the Register Book as such, within Bixty-two clays of tho bnth, are — 1. Tho Father or ihe Mother of the child. 2 In case of the deat'i, absence, or inability ot the parents, the occupier of the house or tenement in which such child shall have been born, and 3.
