Comprising all taat portion of the parish of 'Hautapu bounded toward* the north-east and east by the confiscation boundary line; tovtards the south by the Waikato river, nud towards the west and north by the Hautapu Educational •Dutrict; ftlso all that portion of tho Fukekura Highway District bounded towardi the north by the Wiikato river from tho northeastern ongls of lor 19 of the parish of Fukekura to the eon- • flacation boundaryiline ; towards the eouth-eabt and south-west by the bounda-y line of the Pukekura Highway District to the north-caatern t>ngl« of lot 805 of the parish ot Puniu ; and towards the north-west by a line from angle last juraed to the south-eastern angle of lat 112 of *the parish of Pukekura ; and thence by tho .eastern boundaries of lots 112, 108, 29, 18, and :19, all of the parish of Pukekura aforesaid to ( tiie Waikoto river.
