PRELIMINARY PHOSPECTUS OF HIE HAMILTON PUBLIC HALL COMPANY. It is proposed to establish a Company under the above title, for the purpose of erecting a suitable Public Hall in Hamilton. That tho want of such a building is much felt is indisputable. The people aro at present entirely dependent for accommodation upon tho courtesy of the Ollieer Commanding the distucr, or of the Resident Magistrate, for tho time being, of Wuikato. Tho present undertaking proposes to remedy this deficiency by providing a place where all classes and sections of the community can meet for puhho purposes. The Goviinment have been applied *to for a site for 'the proposed hall, and tl.ere is little doubt tb.Lit. the request will he acceded to.
