PRELIMINARY PHOSPECTUS OF HIE HAMILTON PUBLIC HALL COMPANY. It is proposed to establish a Company under the above title, for the purpose of erecting a suitable Public Hall in Hamilton. That tho want of such a building is much felt is indisputable.
