All Non-certificated Head Teuc'lierd of Schools situated south of the Pakiri B:vcr, and north of the Waikato, are required to attend, with the exception of Teachers at the Thames. Assistant and Pupil Teachers are rsm nded that thd rules of the Board require them to come '>p.
