McCann v McCann.— -This was a complaint laid by Ellen ftTcCana a^inst jij&c "husband, George McCann, for twin* threatening and abusive languige. It was ordered to stand over in order that an opportunity might be given to the parties to cow© to eat amicable settlement- After some little parly this was arranged, and the case was withdrawn. Mr Whitftker appeared for the complainant and Mr Madden for the defendant.
