It is to lie hojped .that they, •will give better play to auy opponents ■who may enter .the lists against; tbem this year than they did last. The Ngaruaboating club has not held any •meetings yet. It is a pity they should Jet the fine^weather pass without practice. It was intended to purchase a four-oared gig.
