Sir, — I appeal to you for information upon * matter which concerns all us settlers in thin district. It a Pound-keeptr allowed to make a pig-stye of the Public Pound? Setting aside hi§ right to do «o or not, the pigs render the pound thoroughly unfit for .cattle, as cattle would not eat even -the meagre allowance doled out.
