THE CAMBRIDGE BAKERY.
Sir, —We have noticed in your issue of the 23rd current, a statement in your Cambridge letter, respecting the manner ia which., Mr James, Collins, the foimer Proprietor of what w called in that letter, the " Principal 'Baking Establishment in the township" conducted his business. We were all Customers of Mr Collins ■ and decidedly -state thaa we never received the slightest -incivility ' from the boy, who was employed'to carry round the bread. Nor did v?e«ver hear of hiß abusing a"" child or boy with frightful language ;" on the contrary *w« avere that we have always been treated by Rlr Collins and hi* emploje with the civility.
