THE CELEBRATED IMPORTED CLYDESDALE HORSE •'BARON OF CLYDE," Will travel in the Waikato this season. The attention of breeders is particularly drawa to this horse's pedigree, his sire being the celebrated Prince Charlie, a horse that was nerer beaten, no matter how good the company. Baron of Clydx — (of the pure Clydesdale breed)— is a rich bay. He has great strength of bone, beautiful symmetry, superior action, is. perfectly quiet, and is a good worker. He was bred by those wellknown breeders, Messrs. Wand j* MtcDdnald, of Halcombe, Melbourne. 'Baron of Clyde was only exhibited once as a yearling, iii % at the National Show, Kyneton, where he gained first prize. As a- two year old, he gained first prize at Castlemaine, .tint- at' Kyneton, second at Smeaton, first at Dayletford, aud second at Bacchus Marsh. As a- three year old hegaiaed fii-st prize at Bendigo, second at Smeaton, first at Kyneton, and first at Dalesford, She Old Prince Charley, imported ; Dam, Blossom.
