Waikato Timbs Office, Monday evening. We direct special attention to the important sale of stock by Mr Buckland to-day at the Oliaupo Sale Yard*, comprising a mixed herd of well-bred cattle (about 400 head), three hundred young halfbred ewes, with lambs at side, by long-woolled rams from the well-known stock of Mr Richard Taylor, of Tamaki West. Mr Buckland will also offer to-day, without reserve, the important draught Btallion "Royal Charlie," a four-year-old colt by "Dainty Ariel," and 60 fat wethers. There wil doubtless be a large attendance of settlers from al parts of the Waikato. Mr John Knox will sell, on easy terms, at Te Awamutn, on Saturday next, at 2 o'clock, a number of very desirable allotments in the town of Kihi--kihi, and parish of Ngaroto. He will also sell on frriday next, at Hamilton, a useful dray horse, wheelbarrow, harness, &c , in the estate of J Cleary, together with a dray, bedstead and bedding.
