The Asieisment List for the District is now finally settled, and lies for inspection at Mr Edwards', Ohaupo, till Saturday, the 23rd ; and from that date till Saturday, 6th November, at the Store, Te Awamutu. Appeals against tht rate (if any) will bo heard at the Hall, To Awamutu, on Saturday, 6th November, at 3p m. The rates are payable to Mr E. Millon, collector, Ohaupo-road, near Te Awamutu. J. R. The attention of breeders is particularly drawn to this horse's pedigree, his sire being the celebrated Prince Oharlie, a horse that was never beaten, no matter how good the company. BAEOW Of OLTDK— (of the pure Clydesdale breed)— i» a rich bay- He has great strength of bone, beautiful symmetry, superior action, is perfectly quiet, and is a good worker. He was bred by those wellkuown breeders, Messrs, W and J MacDonald, of Halcombe, Melbourne, Baron of Clyde was only exhibited once a3 ayearliiig, viz., at the National Show, Kyneton, where he gained first prize. As a two year old, he gained iirst prize at Castlemaine, first at Kyneton, second at Smeaton, first at Dayle3ford, and second at Bacchus Marsh, As a three year old he gained first prijw at Bendigo, second at Smeaton, first at Kyneton, and first at Dale&ford, Sire Old Prince Charley, imported; Dam, Blossom. Prince Charlie vfts exhibited seven times before leaving Scotland for Victoria, and gained seven first prizes, including th« Highland Agricultural Society's Show at Gl sgow, iv 1859, competing againrt thirty others. In Victoria, Prince Charlie gained a great number of prizes, including the Port Philip Farmer's Challenge Cup, value LBO. in 185S), IS6O, and 1862 ; grandsire, Farmer. Bloasbm, dam of Baron of Clyde, by Lothian Tarn, imported, was exhibited five times, and gained four first prizes and one second prize; first priie at Castlemaine, second at Smeaton, first at Smeaton the following year, and two first prizes at Dayleeford. Terms, £4 each mare, two or more mares as per agreement.

"PRINCE ARTHUR," rHIS celebrated imported Clydesdale Stallion will travel in the Waikato as under this season, and serve a limited number of mares. Prince Arthur will stand at Ohaupo on Monday ; Cambridge on Tuesday ; Hamilton on Wednesday and Thursday ; Ngaruawahia on Friday ; and Hamilton on Saturday. Terms — £5 each mare : Grooniage 5s each. All payments by Ist January, 1876. For further particulars apply to the undersigned.
