It has an overdraft of £30 at the Bank, which, with the contract, will bring its liabilities «ip to £285 17s. Now where on earth are the funds to-come from ? The rates this year will amount ito'about £LOO, and it may be possible to get in £30 of arrears, total £130. Thus, sir, at the end ■of the year tbe Board will be insolvent, for -even if the "'job*' is done at the price fixed, not a penny will be available ior current expenses, and other necessary works.
