These rates are for Bargeloads to be loaded and discharged by Shipper. If shipped in small quantises, or received per rail at Mercer, Is per 100 extra for loading and discharging. Live Stock taken only at Owner's risk, per agreement. All Freights if not Piepaid, payable on Deliveiy. No Accounts will be kept. Storage will be charged on all Goods not taken delivery of within Twenty-four hours after arrival at destination, at the rate of One Halfpenny per Foot per Day.

The Company aro nor responsible for loss of, or damage done to, cargo or ttock, arising from fire floods, tempests, the act of God, and the, Queen's enemies ; or from any accidents of the seas, rivers, roadsteads, and navigation, collision, snagging, boilers, steam or machinery, or for delay or detention of any description.
