The Company tire not responsible for logs of, or damage done to, cargo or stock, arising from fire floods, tempests, the act of God, and the Queen's enemies ; or from any accidents of the seas, rivers, roadsteads, and navigation, collision, snagging, boilers, steam or machinery, or for delay or deten-
