WAIPA AND RAGLAN ROAD.

Mr. T. Wilnon, of Te K.oa:>, has receired the following letter :— " Sir, lam directed by His Honor the Superintendent to acknowledge the receipt of a Memorial signed by yoursejf and the Chaiimen of other Highway Boards, praying for the construction of a road between Kagiun and tke Waipa ; and to inform you that His Honor' has forwarded a copy of the Memorial to the Colonial Government. I hare, &c, sig 1 ed, Vincent H. Hire, for the Provincial Secretary. Superintendent's office, Auckland, 24th August, 1875. The Chairman of the Newcastle District Board.
