The New Zealand Insurance Q&rttpgatf held their half-yearly meeting to-day. The report shewed premiums to the amount of £18,323, total income, £135,021, This is above the average to the amount of £62,444. A dividend at the rate of twenty per cent waa declared. Trie last of the disengaged Forfarahire- immigrants were forwirded to the Waikato to-day. The whole shipment was of a very superior class. A meeting of the creditors of Cleary of Hamilton was convened for to-day, but none attended. The estate is therefore vested in the Provisional Trustee. At the Police Court, chargesof incendiarism against all the accused* were withdraym,except Susan Canley, w hoi was remanded. The Taranalft has sailecTsouth*
