THE undersigned beg; to inform the Settlers of Waikato and the Public generally, that they have become Propristor&v of the Waik\to Times, which wilj in future be issued under their direct management, and PERSONAL CONTROL, It is the intention of the Proprietors, a3 aoon as practicable, to introduce many imp irtant improvements in the typographical FORM and style of the Tim us, .nth Hip view of rendering it acceptable to the Public, and a first-class Advertising Medium throughout the entire Waikato district. The Job Printing Department will be considerably enlarged and improved, and the Proprietors will be in a position to execute witli neatness and promptitude every description of printing, including, placards, circulars, labels, hand-bills, invoices, bill and receipt forms, business, invitation, and address cards, &c, &o. at g>*eatly reduced prices. A personal CANVASS will very shortly be made through-->ut every district of the Waikato. The Proprietors will spare no pains or expense in order to render the Times a welcome adjunct .f every settler's home in the W.nkato, and m every sense of the words % first class Newspaper. Subscribers who da not receive their papers early and regularly are requested to communicate with the Manager, in order that such mistakes may be rectified.
