LONDON. May 4.
Emigrants are leaving for New Zealand in the Spring in numbers. Germany has been very jealous of French array reform and an uneasy feeling has existed, but it is believed that France will not enter upon a war in her present condition. * Breach loading guns will not be universally adopted in the navy at present. It is proposed to pay 2,700,000 francs to the heirs of the Emperor Napoleon. Lord Coldridge has indignantly denied a charge by Dr. Kennealy of using forged documents in the Tich borne case. The Vendome column wil be surmounted by a statute of Napoleon Ist. It is rumoured that Disraeli will resign at the close of the session. The "Russian Government has forbidden the observance of the Papal Jubilee. Mr. Moore claims the vacant seat for Tipperary.
