Sic, — Could you inform the Cambridge people how it is that the Emigrants are not supplied with House Accommodation. ■ They have been ordered out of those places* which ' "are" understood to belong to Government — Querry. Can anyone build a cottage, purchase land and thereon erect a dwelling, from the amount of wages here received, after deducting expenses in support of a large family ? Can any family save £60 in six months to erect buildings -for their necessary accommodation % Doubt*Kjs jprpverninent are aware of the fact, and the remedy cdfcfcbe grievance will be a boon to a large number of the inhabitants of Cambridge. — Yours, he.
