PASSAGES. From any Township on the River to the next one, viz — Heada, Tuakau, Mercer, Kangiriri, Newcastle, Hamilton, Cambridge, Whata Whata, Alexandra Cabin Paesag^ 5s r- Deeds, 3d 6d ; Horse, ss ; Buggy, ss. In bulk, from 4 tons and upwards, 20s per ton, to bo discharged by consignee ; in kits, 27s per ton, discharged by Company.

Bricks 80s per 1,000 ; to ba loaded by shipper and discharged by consignee. The Company are not responsible for loss of, or damage done to, cargo or stock, arising from lire, floods, tempests, the act of God, and the Queen's enemies ; or from any acci* dents of the seas, rivers, roadsteads, and "navigation, collision, snagging, boilers, steam or machinery, or for d«lay or detention of any description.
