The Company are not responsible for loss of, or damage done to, cargo or stock, arising from lire, floods, tempests, the act of God, and the Queen's enemies ; or from any acci* dents of the seas, rivers, roadsteads, and "navigation, collision, snagging, boilers, steam or machinery, or for d«lay or detention of any description.
