FAR HELL Y. CORBOY. Claim £16 18s 2<l. Mr Hay for plaintiff, and Mr Whitaker for defendant. Plaintiff having issued his own particulars, and they being found insufficient, on the application of the plaintiff solicitor the case was adjourned until next Court day. Costs £4 6s.
SLATER Y. LEWIS. Claim =£3 15s, for damage done to WairfctifFs garden by the defendant's cows. Mr Weaker ap peared for defendant. After a numbe*'of\vwtnesses had been examined, judgment was reserved until next Court day. * \
SLOANE Y. ROSS, f - \ Claim £2 16s 3d. Sloane produced an T. O. U. for the amount. No appearance of defendant. Judgment for plaintiff for amount and costs.
LEWIS Y. CA.NNIE. Claim £3 5s 6d balance of an account. Mr Whitaker for plaintiff and Mr Hay for defendant. Judgment for plaintiff for amount claimed and costs, £1 10a.
