Mr Alfred Buckland's Weekly Report.-- At the Uaymailsrt on Tuesday lust, fodder was in larger supply than custom »ry, but sold freely at Lite values. Meadow huy brought from 8s to 4-» 6d ; oateu bay, 3^dd to 5s 9d the rwt; barley, 4s ; ryegrass, 5s the bushel. At Remuera, on Thursday, dairy co/ps of medium quality withm a short time of calving, were plentiful, but sustained previous values. Store cattle in full supp'y and eteady inquiry. Fat cattle plentiful ; 180 hevl Hold, prices scarcely «o high a? last week. Fat sheep in full supply, and lower in price IS per lb. Store sheep in moderate numbers, and fair inquiry. Pips, scarceand dear. Prices given were :—: — Dairy cows near calving, £8 to £12 ; barren cows, £3 9s Gd to £5 ;"T;welYe months' old calves, mixed sexes, 33s to 42* fid ; fifteen-months' steers, £3 •' two-year-olds, £3 15a to 7s 6d j three to four year-oid steers, £5 10s to £7 ; fat caltle, 23s to 26s the 1001b ; fat &heep, 3d th© lb ; store wethers, 12s and 13s each ; aged ewes, longwools, 93 each.
