The Waikato Times "OMNE SOLUM FORTI PATRIA" SATURDAY, MARCH 20, 1875.
In consequence of the great length of the report of the Agricultural Show,, we have been compelled to hold over a considerable amount o£ matter. We feel that we axe justified in doing so, as the show to a. large section of the district, at least, is the event of the year. It is to be regretted that the jealousies one- district of another prevents the holding of a Waikato Show. We trust that the importation of new Hood will to a considerable extent counteract the prejudices of old settlers. It is purposed to hold the following religious services in the- Waikato. to-morrow :— Church of England— Hamilton, 6.30 p.m.; Ngaruawahia, 11 Lin. and 6.30 p.m.; To Awamutu, 11a.m.; Ohaupo, 3 p.m.; Alexandra, 7p.m.. Catholic— Cambridge* 11 p.m. Wesley an Methodist— Cambridge, G.30p.m. ; Pukerimu^3 p.m.; Hamilton, 6.30 pm. ; Kihikihi, 11 a.m. United £resbyterian. and Congregational— Te Awamutu, 3 £.m.
