Correspondence.
To the Editor of the Waikato Time3. Sir,— -What stops the development of this fine Agricultural and Pastoral District ? The non-open-mg of the railway. Does it not behove those who have the welfare of the district at heart to rouse up the sleepy people entrusted with the making of the said railroad? The heavy freight on all |oo,ls to and from Auckland stops a!l business and the matter is made worse by the River Steam Boat Company, making their charge as heavy as they can. Trusting Sir, that the forgoing few remarks may be deemed worthy of insertion , in your valuable paper, I subscribe myself, fiJit^t^ yours. Patriot.
