Thhty-six selectois have been eithei totally 01 paitially bin nt out. At least fifty miles of fencing has been totally burnt. One hundred stacks of hay were burnt. Mi. T. Hull, of the Anakies, has, in addition to a mile of fencing, 10->t 800 acies of gtass. William Loid, a settler, was burnt to death. The body piesented a shocking light. It is supposed that as his arm wa«; under his head that he had laid down for a rest dm ing the extreme heat of the day, and that the iiie had oveitaken him.
