Auckland. Mr Alfred Buckland reports : — At Retnuera on Thurs *3ay" dairy cattle were in tequest at fully lute values ; store *eattlo m moderate numbers «nd fair enquiry at lat6 prices. Fat -cattle plentiful ; 184 bead sold, but many of secondary •quality; prices were well sustained. Inferior cattle brought tfiom 23a to 255; well fatted cattle 26a to 28s the lOulb "with a steady inquiry at these priceß. No store sheep gunned. Fat shtep in full supply! 700 sold, mostly of .'good quality, 3d the lb was the ruling price. Lambs in ""the usua) s>i.pplj, veil grown, fatted, from 129 to 15s ; iniferior from 6s each, Pigs in moderate numbers — and many i& low condition, but eagerly competed for at extreme Values.
