Tklr Alfred Buckland Reports— At Kern uern, on Thursday, riairy cattle were fairly represented ; they were in r«»quo*t »*nd nt» increased values. Store cattle in full supply, but quality-, and in steady demand at late values. Fat <cultle in Iras than average numbers; 100 head penned, all «of good quality; Fast week's prices fully sustained. Fat •abeep in average supply, and without alteration in value. Xambs numerous, ond in fair enquiry. Prices given were — for good dairy cows, £8 10s to £10 5s ; yearlings, 35s to 60s ; ,two-year-olds, £2 15s to £4 5s ; three-year-old steers, £4 10s ?to £5 103 ; cons, 50s to 70s ; fat cattle, 25s to 27s Gd the £00 lbs; fat sheep, 3d to 3*d the lb ; fat lftnibß, 12s to 18s ; tatore Uwnbs, 8s to 10s each.
