Auckland, Friday. The Governor held a levee to-day; a hundred persons were present. Cattle : Yeai-lings, £2 7s 6d ; two-year heifers, £3 4s 6d ; eighteen-month s steers, £4 2s 6d ; bullocks, £5 ; cows, £5 2s 6d. Cattle mostly bought for shipment. A good many buyers were present, but little competition, sheep not reaching satisfactory prices.
