The Marquis will be more honored, and wo are sure will bo better pleased, by a spontaneous reception given him by the citizens, altogether diverted of tinsel, pageantjy, riA polictn.cn. A few of the letter may be required to keep clear tho landing gangway, but wo should imagine nothing more would be needed or looked for.
