It will, without doubt, bear favourable comparison with any machine in use in New j Zealand. It was imported to order by the ship City of Auckland. riIHE undersigned intends disposing of about Eight Thousand Acres of First-class Land in the Cambridge District, in lots to suit applicants. Mr R. E. M. Campbell is on the ground laying off the roads, &c, and will show the land to intending purchasers, who can get their selections

at once surveyed. Terms — A lease of the land for seven years, at Two Shillings and Sixpence an acre rental, with a purchasing clause of Two Pounds an acre ; or a conveyance will be given on payment of ten shillings an acre, the remaining thirty shillings being secured by way of mortgage, bearing interest at the rate of eight per cent, per annum.
