AUCKLAND. Monday.

The charge of the Chief Justice to the Grand Jury was chiefly occupied with directions regarding Ciusos for trial. The Jury found true bills against Alexander Finlay for shooting with intent in Queen street. George Jackson was committed for trial for shooting at Royal George Hotel. He pleaded that he fell down accidentally and his gun discharged.
