In connection with the abovo, the Proprietor begs tft intimate that he has purchased the lease of the Ngaruawahia Ferry. The approaches are now perfectly safe, ftud the stockyards of such a character that cattle may be yarded without fear of loss. Every assistance is afforded settlers crossing cattle, &c.
