Sin, — I pcrrcivo in your last issue that there is a probability of tbe Ngarunwabia and Horotiu Boating Clubs amalgamating. I trust that such will not take place. What we want here is — opposition — to bring out the qualities of the rival crcns. Beliere mo there can be no real sport without keen Competition. Ngaruawahia. 9th September.
