CORN CRUSHER.

Tn order to ensure a constant supply of chaff and crushed maize for übo in the stable, there is connected with the' establishment an excellent chaff-cutting and maize-cruahing machine. Settlers wishing to avail themselves of thismachine can do so at a reasonable charge. PUBLIC FERRY. *

In connection with the abov», the Proprietor begs t* intimate that he has purchased the lease of the Ngarua* wahia Ferry. The approaches are now perfectly safe, and the stockyards of such a character that cattle may be yarded without fear of loss. Every assistance is afforded ' settlers crossing cattle, &c.
