Large Paddocks are kept for the accommodation ot Stock 3 also the most commodious Stables in the Waikato, where every attention is paid to hoi ses, &c, night and day

HORSES.

Saddle Horses, Single and Double Buggies to let on hire. Charges moderate.

CORN CRUSHER.

In order to ensure a constant supply of chaff and crushed maize for use in the stable, theie is connected with the establishment an excellent chaff-cutting and maize-crushing machine. Settlers wishing to avail themselves of thi4> machine can do so at a reasonable charge.

PUBLIC FERRY.

In connection with the abov, the Proprietor begs t» intimate that he has purchased tho lease of the .Ts T g.uM twahia Ferry. The approachea are now perfectly saf«, ami the stockyards of such a character that cattle may be y aided without fear of loss. Every assistance is afforded settlers crossing cattle, &c.
