Tho Supreme CWrt was occupied all day with the charge of perjury against Thomas Mahor, milkman. The accused' was acquitted* The body of James Brown, fireman from the St. Kildn, was found floating alongside the Onehunga wharf. It is bupposed that he had fallen overboard accidentally.
