Faur T. McKi:AU>'hY. — Tins wan n charge o I resisting the police in Iho execution of their duty. 'Iho defendant was fined 20s and costs.
Fake v. Kewcojibh. — Defrndnnt was charged with not assisting the police when called upon to do so. The case was'dismissed.
Robiuson Y. Brissbnbkn. — This cnse arose out of tlie non-acceptnnco of an order drawn by Moon on Brissenden in favor of Bobinson. Mr Madden appeared for the plaintiff; Mr Whitaker for flefendant. The plaintiff took a non-suit in consideration of tile order not having been accepted.
Elms Y. Kebeana. — This was an action for the recovery of money due for poods supplied to the defendant. Judgment wo« given for plaintiff with costs.
Camtijriuok Highwat Boakd v. Albert Potter. — Defendant was charged with the conversion of a cheque, the properly of the above-nnmed E«ard. Mr Whitftker appeared ibr the plauiiill'. A lengthy discussion ensued, and as tho case was considered an important one, judgment was resorvod.
