Tn order to ensuic a constant supply of chaff and crushed tnaizo for uso in. the stable, theie is connected with the establishment an excellent chaff-cutting and inaizc-crushing machine. Settlers wishing to avail themselves of this machine can do so at a leasonable charge. PUBLIC FERRY. In connection with the abov, the Proprietor begs to intimate that he has purchased the lease of the Ng.iruauahia Ferry. The approaches are now perfectly safe, and the stockyards of such a character that cattle may be yai ded without fear of loss. Every assistance is afforded Co settlers crossing cattle, &c.
