OF THE COLONIAL BANK OF NEW ZEALAND.

CAriTAL: £2,000,000, in 400,000 Share 3 of £5 each. To be called up as follows : Five Shillings on application ; 10s on allotment j 5s two months after allotment ; 3s four months after allotment ; 5s six months after allotment ; which will amount to £oOO,OUO paul-uy Capital at the end of six months. No further call will be made for 12 months after the Bank is hist opened in Dunedin, and future Calls will not exceed 5s per share, to be paid, if required, at intervals of not less than three months thereafter. WITH reference to the full prospectus hitherto published, it is now brought under the notice of the public that application for shares have been very freely made 111 other provinces, no less than some 03,000 having been applied for in Otago alone up to Ist June. It is intended to form a Local Committee from amongst the number of applicants here, for the purpose of allotting shares in this piovince and generally superintending the actions of the Company. The share list will close this month, and early application for shares should theiefore be made, so as to arrange for formation of local committees without any delay, and a deputation of Provisional Directors from Dunedin will soon visit this province for the purpose of co-opera .ing with the local committee.
