A MKKTINGof tbo Central Wuikato Agricultural Association wa* held nt To Awamutu on Saturday afternoon, June Gil), t le President (Mr Sdceorabe) in the chair. It was proposed by tho Secretary, and seconded by Mr James Rutherford, " That the next show be held in November." An amendment was proposed by Mr Fostor, and seconded by Mr A. Sherrett, "That it be in March, as usual." On the amendment being put to- the meeting, all hands were held up for it, with the exception of the mover a»d seconder of tho original motion. Proposed by Mr Bright, seconded by Mr A Bruce, "That the committee be empowered to offer such a prize as they may deem advisable for the best heavy draught entire horse, to be imported into the district and stand the ensuing season, provided he be of sufficient merit." This concluded the business.
