Considerable sensation has been caused by the publication in the Times of two telegrams from Judge Ward to Mr Vogel,. dated April, in which Ward abked Vogel lo suspend Judge Chapman until meeting of General Assembly, and to send Judge Johnston down to try the wise ot Macnsscy v. 8011. Judge Ward says that Chapman's son is a partt.or of Maca«;sey, and that tho Juclgo is goclfather to Macassey's child.
