Tn order to ensure a constant supply of chaff and crushed maize for use in the stable, theie is connected with tho establishment an excellent chaff-cutting and maize-crushiug machine. Settlers wishing to avail themselves of this machine can do so at a reasonable charge. PUBLIC FERRY. In connection with the abov», the Proprietor begs to intimate that he has purchased the lease of the Ngtiruawahia Ferry. The approaches are now perfectly sate, »iul> the stockyards of such a character that cattle may be yarded without fear of loss. Every assistance is afforded to settlers crossing cattle, &c.
