In connection with the above, the Proprietor begs tointimate that he has purchased the lease of the Ngaruawahia Ferry. The approaches are now perfectly safe, and the stockyards of such a character that cattle may b» yarded without fear of loss. Every assistance is afforded tosettlers crossing cattle, &c.
