lhe bouhcrn Cross Newspaper Company Las had its nnnual meeting. A dividend of 10 per cent on cnlled-uu cap'tnl was declared. Three charges of inciting to murder hare been hid against J S. Maclarlane. It is «lleged tliat on the 18 h November, 1870, and on the 15th October, 1871, he did solicit, persuade, encourage, and propose to Thomas Crai-;, and on tlio 12lIi November, to Andrew Craig to muider C A. Harris, junior. Mhjoi Keddell, of Ooromnndel, is summoned as o witness for the informant. The case will be heard on Friday.
