TTIS VALUABLE IMPROVED FARM at Ohaupo, -■"■- known as " Fernsule," containing about 870 acrcb, situated in the Panshes of Te Rapa, and Ngaroto, county of Waikato. This farm is situated at the junction of the Hamilton, Cambridge, and Te Awamutu roads, to which it has road frontages, and is within three miles, by a £{ood road, of the landing on the Waikato liver. It is well watered by two creeks, nearly the whole of it is substantially fenced and subdivided into paddocks ; about 400 acres are permanently laid down in grass. The buildings comprise an eight-roomed House, well-finished Stable, Storeroom, Woikshop, and Outbuildings. Two acies around the house have been laid out as Garden, Orchard, and Vinery.
