Rich to offer for sale by public auction at the Land Mart, Fort street, on Monday, May 4, at 12 o'clock, TTIS VALUABLE IMPROVED FARM at Ohaupo, -■"■- known as " Fernside," containing about 870 acres, situated in the Paiishes of Te Rapa, and Ngaroto, county of Waikato. This farm is situated at the junction of the Hamilton, Cambridge, and Te Awamutu roads, to which it has road frontages, and is within three miles, by a c;ood road, of the landing on the Waikato river. It is well watered by two creeks, nearly the whole of it is substantially fenced and subdivided into paddocks ; about 400 acres are permanently laid down in grass. The buildings comprise an eight-roomed House, well-finished Stable, Storeroom, Workshop, and Outbuildings. Two acres around the house have been laid out as Garden, Orchard, and Vinery. Their Ironmongery department is a branch to which especial caro is devoted, and they have always on hand a large assortment of Carpenters' Tools, Nails, and all Building aud Furnishing Requisites ; also Paper Hangingi, Paints, fee, in great variety and unlimited qnantity. Their Stock of Saddlery, Crockery, and Earthen-iraro is large and varied. H. and J. I*. Campbell also beg to inform the Gentlemen of Waikato that they have at last secured the servici s of a thoroughly competent Foreman for their Tailoring Department.
