Rich to offer for sale by public auction at the Land Mart, Fort street, on Monday, May 4, at 12 o'clock, TTIS VALUABLE IMPROVED FARM at Ohaupo, -■--*- known as "Fernsido," containing about 870 acres, situated in the Paiishes of Te Rapa, and Ngaroto, county of Waikato. This farm is situated at the junction of the Hamilton, Cambridge, and Te Awamutu roads, to which it has road frontages, and is within three miles, by a tj'ood road, of the landing on the Waikato nvei.
