Rich to offer for sale by public auction at the Land Mart, Fort street, on Monday, May 4, at 12 o'clock, TTIS VALUABLE IMPROVED FARM at Ohaupo, -■--*- known as "Fernsido," containing about 870 acres, situated in the Paiishes of Te Rapa, and Ngaroto, county of Waikato.
