Cox v. Doughs Bhothrbs.— Thii was an action for £20 for consideration of threo iteeri purchased at the public pound, Hamilton. Mr Leary appeared for defendant! An application wai made by Mr Morris for an adjournment on behalf of Mr Oox. The Magistrate decided that he could not entertain an application bj a third party. The caio was sfcrurk out with full costs to defendants
Walker v. Potteb.— Claim £4, the value of a •addle loit from the punk, Hamilton, by the alleged neglect of defendant. Mr Leary for plainhff, Mr Madden for defendant. Judgment deferred till next court day. This concluded the business.
