NEW ZEALAND RAILWAYS. Waikato Railway, MERCER CONTRACT. Public Works Office, Wellington, Feb. 21, 1874. mENDERS will be received at this Office up to Noon on J- Friday, 10th April, 1874, for the above Contract,— the length being about 10 milea. They must be addressed to the Hon. Minister for Public Worki, Wellington, and marked outside, " Tender, Mercer Contract. " Plans and Specifications may be seen at this Office, and at the Public Workß Offices, Auckland and Newcastle. Telegraphic Tenders similarly addressed and marked will be received if presented at any Telegraph Office by noon of the same date, provided that wntten tenders in due form are lodged at a District or Resident Engineer's Office by the same hour.
